Common causes
HDD instead of SSD is the top cause of slow boot. 8 GB RAM is rarely enough for modern browsers. Startup bloat, stuck Windows Update and a disk over 90% full also slow the system.
What you can try
Restart, free space on C:, uninstall unused apps and run Windows Security. If still slow — book diagnostics.
